BBC micro:bit Case
pinshape
The BBC micro:bit attaches firmly to its case using five essential components: a PCB motherboard and four hexagonal spacers made of sturdy brass, each measuring 7mm in length and 4mm in width. These M3-sized brass standoffs securely hold the micro:bit in place at the bottom part of the case. Additionally, they provide a convenient means to attach crocodile clip test leads directly to the micro:bit, facilitating effortless testing and experimentation.
