Bought a BBB pump on XXL, then decided to give its mount a complete overhaul to create one that's perfectly centered. The new mount fits seamlessly onto a Scott Aspect with a precise 63mm hole spacing and thoughtfully reuses the original rubber band, ensuring it can still hold the pump even if the rubber band is broken or missing. To build the new mount, I opted for a robust approach using 3-4 perimeters and a generous 40% infill to guarantee its strength. The printing process requires the part to be oriented in an upright position with supports strategically placed to ensure a smooth and successful print.
