Here are the instructions for personalizing it with text lines 1-5, a vertical position of 0, and an image file named "lithopane_new20140418-27224-hc9ibm-0.dat". The settings include layer height at 0.2mm, 12 layers, text size as 10, standard picture shape, large pane size, a horizontal picture orientation, and including a hole of 10mm diameter. Text reversal is not required in this case.
