BB-8 : Motorized and Remote Controlled

This droid is powered by an Arduino board and can be remotely controlled via RF signals. It self-balances on two wheels, plays sounds, and features several programmable LEDs. Printing the entire body and head requires approximately 200 meters of filament and about 50 hours of printing time using a regular PLA 3D printer. No supports are needed during the printing process.
