BaZZton

Build comments 1. For extension rod I used Carbon Fiber to have the BaZZton as light as possible. You can easily change it with PVC tube… 2. Main switch is optional – I preferred to have it ON only when I need it to be ON. From the same reason I added a buzzer to get a sound notification when the main switch is ON 3. Cover is made of 3mm (1/8”) black cast Acrylic. I added both DXF file if you have CO2 Laser or STL for printing the cover 4. USB charger is optional but highly recommended 5. The “CF Rod cover” is the only part made of TPU. 6. Bolts and nuts: a. For the cover you will need 5x 2.5mm fillips screws b. For connecting the adapters to the box you will need 8 M3 nut and 8 M3x6 flat head socket bolt c. Each adapter and the electrode head will require 2 M5 nuts and 2 M5x10 dome head socket bolt (6 in total for the whole build) 7. Use hot glue to fix the USB charger card in place
