I'm printing way better now after importing the model into Sketchup and tidying it up. The credit goes to you for sending over that fantastic file - I'll be sure to return the favor on Reddit as a gift. By the way, January 19th update added a second .stl file featuring enlarged holes in the "A"s, since they're hard to see at print scale. Then, January 21st brought a new .stl file with an expanded keyring hole - the old files are gone for simplicity's sake.
