I got a used BayTech RPC-3A Power-Distribution-Unit (PDU), however it was missing the mounting brackets (also call rack ears) to mount the PDU to a 19" server rack. I created these in fusion 360 and it may be a good template to easily remix it for other 19 inch rack devices. Even though I used PLA, it is pretty stable. If you are unsure, please use PETG. Print recommendations: Please print in the direction as shown in the screenshots to ensure the best layer strength is used. I suggest standard support "everywhere" with X/Y and Z distance of 0.6mm. I have great results with the holes and the support pops out effortlessly. My prints are made with a 0.5 nozzle and 0.28 layer height. I used the "rough and fast 0.28" profile from Chep ( https://www.chepclub.com/cura-profiles.html ) in Ultimaker Cura 4.7.0 Beta slicer. As you see, these parts don't require any special quality settings. Note for Baytech RPC-3A Owners: The rack ears need american UNF 10-32 1/2 inch length screws.
