I transformed a DN16 Conflat flange into a quick-release twist lock, o-ring sealed connector. For new assemblies, a burn ring should be added to join the inner components via welding. In Rev02, I improved it with brass pins and modified feedthroughs. The MDC part numbers for these connectors are 9412000, 9412001, 9412002, or 9412003 (https://www.mdcvacuum.com/displaypart.aspx?p=9412001&wr=).
