Baymax Head Toggle Clasp
thingiverse
My girlfriend was hard at work crafting a fleece poncho made from a custom Baymax print. As soon as it was finished, she couldn't help but wish she had a Baymax head-shaped button to use as a toggle clasp that would attach neatly at the neck. Feeling the need to whip something up for her, I got straight to work! This little button is 5cm long, 2.5cm wide, and 6mm deep. A shallow groove between his eyes is carefully crafted to be 2mm below the main surface, providing just enough room for a thread to loop through into the cloth underneath. If you have large enough button holes, it could work as a regular button, but I designed it specifically to pair with a textile loop for use as a toggle clasp. For an extra touch, I suggest filling in the groove and eye holes with black paint, so that when combined with black thread, the eyes will be absolutely perfect! Not only can this Baymax head button be used as a toggle clasp, but it can also be stitched onto any backing via its eye holes for other handy uses too.
