Bayliner Element 16 gauge blank
thingiverse
I printed this in black ASA and adhered it from the backside of my dash console on my Bayliner Element 16 motor boat. The stock gauge is crap and inaccurate and relies on a tube mounted on the outboard. I wanted a nice place to mount my Lowrance Elite 9 and what better place than right in front of me? I used marine urethane to adhere it and then just screwed the stock Lowrance bracket onto the front of it. The big flange on the printed part prevents it from pulling through. Worked like a charm. You may have to shave some sloppy fiberglass work down behind the hole to get it flush though. They don't pay much attention to details that will never be seen I suppose.
