Bayliner 160 Rear Bench Seat Clip
thingiverse
If you have a Bayliner 160, you either have, or likely will, break one or both the little plastic clips under the rear bench seat, which help hold the seat down and in place. I've used these printed clips for some time now, and they've held up well and do the job. Two have broken through some abuse, but there's of course a quick and easy fix for that... I've printed mine in PETG. A slightly more flexible material (probably Nylon) would be more ideal, but PETG has held up well. (The two that have broken occurred when the seat was dropped onto the mounting bar - something more flexible would likely have withstood that better.) Design is in OpenSCAD, so can be tweaked, if needed. (I haven't set it up for Customizer, and I haven't documented the variables - holler if you have questions or problems. I've also uploaded an STL with my 'standard' settings, in case that's of any help. The mounting hole needs to be drilled out to allow your mounting screw to pass through (7/16" works for me), and the interior end of the hold needs to be chamfered to allow the chamfered screw head to sit down below the surface, so the clip will seat fully on the bar.
