Bay Window Curtain Rod Joiner and Mounting Bracket

I was in desperate need of a curtain rod that could elegantly wrap my kitchen bay window, so I designed and created these innovative solutions. The joiner is precision-crafted at 135 degrees, perfectly mirroring the unique angle of the bay window. The metal rod that these join is a readily available 1/2 inch electrical conduit, easily accessible from any local hardware store. The mounting bracket provides an exceptionally snug fit, ensuring it clips securely onto both the rod and the joiner. The image you see here captures the original state of the rod before I gave it a fresh coat of paint. To optimize strength and stability, I printed the mounting bracket at 100% fill density. In contrast, I printed the joiner at 40% fill density, while incorporating support structures due to its complex design that requires clearance from the print bed.
