Inspired by MontanaMask I designed my own breathing mask called BavarianMask with several improvements: A new shape was created to ensure a better fit and comfort. Three sizes: Large, Medium, Small - were developed for an even more precise fit, including child-sized options. The filterbox is now replaceable, featuring a screwable cover and fixation ring. Cosmetic pads can be easily used as filter material. Strap clips have been added. I also designed a slim double-filter mask called BavarianMask 2F: It has the same fitting as the Large version of BavarianMask. Two universal filterboxes are now available for use. The design is slim and features excellent airflow. A customizable nose plate was added. More information can be found in the documentation PDF: - Documentation BavarianMask GER (An English translation will be available soon.) Update 13.04.2020 Version 1.02: I created a planned support system for BavarianMask to save material and reduce print time. The models have been uploaded as BavarianMask_XX_Supported.stl. Some minor changes were made to EasyClip, rounding the fixation area. Update 12.04.2020 Version 1.01: The cover was raised by 1mm to ensure a tight fit of the filterbox when using thicker cosmetic pads. It still works perfectly with thinner pads, allowing for easy installation of the pressing ring. A new file called EasyClip has been added. It's smaller than StrapClip and looks nicer, without requiring support. The source files for all BavarianMasks are now available. The Filterbox and Clips are only included in the Large version of BavarianMask (modeled using Fusion360).
