Bauhaus Model I 1922 Chess Set
thingiverse
Team USA shared a Bauhaus-inspired chess set design, replicating Josef Hartwig's Model I from 1922 at Bauhaus Weimar. The set is true to the original size and requires a large playing board. Created as a Blender learning exercise based on a MOMA image and dimensions, it was supervised by LeoM for Le_Garage. They will upload the .blend file and separate piece STLs soon. Print all pieces in white; reprint with black plastic afterward for an optimal game experience. Note: Print knights backward to avoid support material on their surface.
