Bauhaus: Katz House, Tel Aviv
thingiverse
This school project revolves around creating a collaborative model of a Jewish complex through teamwork and partnership in bringing a scale model to life, both inside and out. Students will study and convert Shmuel (Sam) Barkai's architectural designs for Katz House in Tel Aviv from 1935 into a scaled-down version at 1:50. The main areas of focus within Design & Technology include the design process and measurement, scale, and accuracy. **What I find compelling about this project is that it challenges you to think creatively. Currently, I only have access to the floor plane and front elevation.
