Baufix Building Set: The Ultimate Fun Toy Experience This set offers an incredibly enjoyable toy experience, surpassing all others with its exceptional quality and durability. The bolts within this set should be manufactured using PLA, a far more robust material than ABS, which is prone to shearing. Initially, I intended to include the bolts in sets of 12, but after testing ABS prints, I discovered that the nut's head tends to shear from the threaded part regardless of the infill setting. This issue arises due to the larger diameter of the threaded part compared to its design. Printing each bolt individually as a single piece may take longer, but it yields significantly stronger and more accurate results. It is essential to note that this observation might be specific to my filament, however, printing multiple bolts at once may result in better PLA performance in sets for those who attempt it. Currently, I do not have access to the necessary PLA colors, but I plan to experiment with it when available. All components within this set are crafted with precise measurements identical to their original counterparts, except for the wheel insert, which has been redesigned to accommodate the new printed wheels that spin smoothly on the insert. The original design is subpar, failing to rotate when the bolt is tightened. No supports are necessary for all parts except for the rubber tires and wrench, which are the only components requiring support structures. Rubber tires can be printed using either flexible or solid filament as their rim is divided into two sections, similar to a truck tire's design.
