Bauer Random Orbital Sander Vacuum Attachment

For this vac attachment its very important you have you tolerances calibrated or to be more specific (Horizontal Hole Expansion) because this is a very precise fit. How do I do that? First print out a block with 3 or 4 different diameter holes in it (I do .75, .5, .25, and .125") then after the print is done measure the holes to see the difference from what they should be, then add all the differences and divide by 4, then divide by 2 and you have your horizontal hole expansion(which is expressed in cura via radius - hence the extra divide by 2). If a rendering is not available you can go to the reddit post which does pretty good justice of its fit/functionality https://www.reddit.com/r/functionalprint/comments/xvpl6x/bauer_vacuum_attachment/ If you feel as generous as I do for sharing such a nice design feel free to support me at Paypal.me/gos2ted
