This is a upgrade to my previous build, refer to that for more build details. I used a Makita clone that HFT carries was on sale 50$, I installed on my 3018, mount used CF-PETG 330gm, router 1400 - 1600gm, coolant / misting device 150-200gm. So I had to increase my Z load displacement from 10Newtons form previous router to 20Newtons (2kg). This is a larger motor and more torque, so I made a little thicker and heavier mount. Mounted misting flexible nozzle clamped in 3/4" EMT 2 hole straps with a piece of rubber. Did one test/calibration piece. flip clamp mount to attach laser
