This is a modular dashboard setup for the Battlestar Galactica Starship Battles game, designed to fit perfectly on a small print bed. Each piece was crafted with precision to ensure seamless integration. The main board holds both large cards - ship and pilot - at an angle, making it easy to read both while playing. It also provides ample space for 10 damage tokens, arranged in a way that allows for effortless reading. The ID tag, which matches the ship and control panel, has its own designated slot on the board. In addition, this setup includes add-ons for talent cards, available in singles and doubles. These cards are flat, making it simple to place used tokens on them during gameplay. When they're depleted, simply flip the cards over to reveal a new surface. The best part? This modular dashboard uses 5mm ball magnets to keep everything organized and in place during the game. You can add as many talent card holders as needed for each pilot, ensuring that your play experience is seamless. A small cover is also included, which you can print to hold the magnet securely in place or leave it exposed for easy addition. Be cautious when gluing the cover, however - make sure not to glue the magnet itself, as this will render the ball magnet joint ineffective. The ID tag was initially a bit too large to fit into its designated slot, so I resized it slightly smaller. Additionally, I added a turn aid, designed by Trevor Marshall from the Facebook Starship Battles group, which has been incorporated into the STL file with permission. A minor issue was discovered in the Ship file, where a hole for a magnet was printing on the back wall. This was corrected to ensure optimal print efficiency. The small cover plate was also revised to make it easier to print using an FDM printer, and I recommend using no more than 0.10mm layer height for best results.
