Battleshots XL, a laser-cut drinking game
thingiverse
A text-based drinking game inspired by Battleship, this design requires 34 test tubes (originally planned for smaller ones) to hold the liquid. The board includes two whiteboard pieces (or double-sided dry-erase markers), two translucent blue acrylic playfields, and two opaque blue acrylic bottom layers with mounting holes. Fastened by thin cord, no hardware or adhesives are needed. Assembly involves tying the pieces together using short lengths of cord, followed by long pieces that cross through the uprights. Gameplay is similar to Battleship, but players drink when their ship gets hit; loser must finish remaining tubes in winner's fleet. Alternative gameplay options include using tubes as placeholders and creating new words for each turn during play.
