Portable Battleship Game - A Fun Outdoor Experience for Two Players The portable version of the classic Battleship game is a must-have for anyone who loves strategy and adventure. Each player has two boards: one to place their own fleet and another to mark where they've hit the enemy's fleet. Green (or white) pegs indicate untouched areas, while red pegs signal a hit on an enemy ship. To make gameplay even more exciting, each player has their own separate boards, eliminating the need for direct face-to-face confrontation. This design allows players to enjoy the game in various settings, such as on a park bench, between the kitchen and living room, or even via phone. There are numerous variants of this game, but we'll focus on the standard version, which consists of: * 4 Submarines (each measuring 2 pegs) * 3 Destroyers (each measuring 3 pegs) * 2 Cruisers (each measuring 4 pegs) * 1 Battleship (measuring 5 pegs) For a thrilling experience with two players, you'll need to print the following: * 4 Board.stl * 2 Connector.stl * 8 Ship2.stl * 6 Ship3.stl * 4 Ship4.stl * 2 Ship5.stl * Pegs (50 of each color) HINTS for a Smoother Printing Experience When using Cura, enable the "Ironing" feature to achieve smooth top surfaces. Unfortunately, I discovered this feature after printing the boards. To add some flair to your game, use a paint marker like Edding 780 to color the characters and numbers on the board. PRINTING GUIDELINES for a Perfect Print Board.stl: * Layer height: 0.3mm (or less) * Infill: ~8% for even top surfaces Connector.stl: * Layer height: 0.3mm (or less) * Infill: ~8% for even surfaces * Enable supports Ships: * Layer height: 0.3mm (or less) * No infill, no supports required Pegs: * Layer height: 0.3mm (or less) * No infill, no supports required
