It represents Retvizan, a battleship of the Russian Imperial Navy, which participated in Port Arthur's defense during the Yellow Sea battle in the Russo-Japanese War. Sinking in Port Arthur's harbor in 1904 due to Japanese heavy artillery, Retvizan was later raised in 1905. Renamed Hizen, it joined the Imperial Japanese Navy and participated in WWI before being sunk on July 12th, 1917, as a target in Bungo Strait's Combined Fleet.
