Battlemasters - Imperial Crossbowmen

I recently acquired an original, but incomplete, copy of Battle Masters. It has all the bits and pieces, but none of the miniatures. After a bit of searching, I've come to the realization that to assemble a complete set of minis is going to cost a small fortune in shipping fees. Filament costs A LOT less, so here we go.... The miniature is a minor remix of Carlbark's ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3898123 ) I've scaled it up slightly, added supports and did some minimal tweaking in Meshmixer - aiming to keep the original appearance while getting the best possible result out of my printer. I made a few attempts at recreating the exact miniature base from the original game, but it proved to be a bit of a nightmare. Instead, I created a custom base/tray that the miniature bases 'snap fit' into. Print the miniature at 0.12 layer height, 100% infill, no supports (supports included in the .stl file). You can experiment with lower layer heights and slower print speed for better detail, but I found these settings produced acceptable pieces for game play with the fastest print time. Base plates print at .20 layer height, 20% grid infill, and a brim. If you have issues with edge warping, I find printing with no heat to the build plate worked well. I scaled the base plate up to 101% in Cura to get a good fit with the miniature base. I'll post more as I work towards completing the set...
