I'm going to give this new model a try. The holes on both sides are pretty substantial, so I'll need to simplify the design first using Simplify3d. Once that's done, I can print it again without any issues. Luckily for me, my Grandson isn't too picky about his toys - he's happy with whatever I give him, even if they're not perfect.
