The Battle Mug is was designed to be a DIY version of the Tactical Mugs that cost $50-$100. It utilizes a stainless steel insert that gets threaded into the cylinder of the Battle Mug. It can be printed with the base and cylinder assembled, or separately for better detail on the base. If printed separately, the base should be printed with the flat side down and can be assembled with a stainless steel 3/4" long 10-32 countersink screw and nut. Four rails should be printed and attach with stainless steel 3/8" long 8-32 countersink screws and nuts. The nuts should be as thin as possible so as to not interfere with the stainless insert. The insert is a 20oz storyboard tumbler and can be bought here cheaply: https://thestainlessdepotcompany.com/products/20oz-storyboard-tumbler-customize-3-different-ways?variant=14836875722787 The insert threads in tight, so plan on only doing this once. The rails are standard size picatinny rails and can accept a standard AR style handle. I attached a set of flip-up sights on the front just for fun. **EDIT: I added the complete assembled file if you want to print it without screwing it together.**
