Video of robot in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXJ-x_fwU0A Completely revamped battle mech body for the Vorpal robot kit, optimized to fit all its electronics inside. I reengineered the design by integrating hinges into a single part and relocating the battery to the underside, resulting in a more balanced and stable walking performance. No supports are required during printing. Two M3 square nuts and two 5mm M3 socket head bolts are necessary to secure the battery to the body. The same screws used for the servos can be reused from the kit. The upper part of the body snaps onto the lower section, providing a snug fit. Although it's not an ideal solution, it works effectively. I streamlined the design by removing unnecessary components, including extension cables and a buzzer. The potentiometer remains hidden within the set. Requires Vorpal Robot electronics kit available at vorpalrobotics.com.
