Battle Bot with automatic Hammer
cults3d
I made this as a toy for my children, who love destruction. It is inspired by the TV Show Robot Wars. The construction is a chassis with four wheels, holding a gearbox, which is driven by the main front axis and activates a hammer. The Kit contains 24 Parts in total. The wheels and rear axis are identical, so you have to multiply them for printing. All parts except the rubber tires are included in the model. I took the tires from a toy car, but you can also run the Bot with the included plastic wheels or print your own tires with soft TPU. All parts are connected by press fits. Once printed, assembly is very easy and you don’t need any tools (see screenshot for guidance). On the chassis there are some extra wholes for connecting extra accessories, such as a motor, battery holder etc. I printed the mechanical parts in ABS, the hammer head and cage in PLA. If you like my Battle Bot, please like it for the #TWOTREESROBOT contest.
