Battery wall mount for the pedelec batteries of the Blaupunkt Fiene / Fiete 500 battery : type GNS9 with a weight of approx. 2 kg. Where do you want to leave the pedelec batteries when you don't need them ? in the garage in the bikes ? or where you can keep an eye on them and charge them if necessary ? A wall mount was needed, something simple that holds the battery securely, especially with the high weight, and still allows quick access. The print consists of 2 parts, the lower part where the battery is placed, which is actually already sufficient, it holds the battery without problems, even as a PLA print. The clamp of the upper part additionally secures the battery against falling down, in case you come against it. Nevertheless, you can insert and remove the battery from the front. The whole thing was printed with a wall thickness of 5mm. I found the first attempts with 4mm a little bit too "unstable" - especially with the weight of 2 kg... Wo woll man die Akkus vom Pedelec lassen wenn man sie nicht braucht ? in der Garage in den Rädern ? oder dort wo man sie im Auge hat und bei bedarf Laden kann ? Eine Wandhalterung musste her, irgenwas einfaches was den Akku sicher hält, gerade bei dem doch hohen Gewicht und trotzdem schnellen zugriff gewährt. Der Druck besteht aus 2 Teilen, einmal dem Unterteil wo der Akku reingestellt wird, der ist eigentlich schon ausreichend, der hält den Akku ohne Probleme, selbst als PLA Druck. Die Klammer vom Oberteil sichert den Akku zusätzlich gegen herunterfallen, für den fall das man dagegen kommt. Trotzdem kann man den Akku von vorn einsetzen und wieder entnehmen. Gedruckt wurde das ganze mit einer Wandstärke von 5mm. Die ersten Versuche mit 4mm empfand ich als etwas zu "instabil" - gerade bei dem Gewicht von 2 Kg... Druckzeit zusammen liegt bei ca 5 Stunden.
