I carefully salvaged a top-notch battery tray from @walter's impressive collection and successfully transferred it into sketchup. Subsequently, I performed an extensive cleaning process, significantly refining its overall design. Following this, I utilized the extraordinary "RoundCorner" Plugin by Fredo6 to skillfully smooth out its edges. The entire operation took approximately 2 hours to complete, with most of that time spent meticulously removing unnecessary lines from the model. This deliberate effort allowed the roundcorner plugin to generate flawless curves without creating unwanted holes or defects. To ensure precise control over the model's appearance, I specifically set the upper outer edges to possess a radius of 0.4mm, while assigning a 1mm radius to all other edges. Ultimately, my goal was to produce an impressive battery tray that exceeded expectations, and I hope you are pleased with the final result.
