Battery Tray for Align 550

This battery tray is specifically designed for the Align 550 R/C model helicopter and exceeds expectations in quality. It matches or surpasses the performance of the original part supplied with the model. I successfully printed five units using my Ultimaker 3 with CPE material, achieving near-perfect results in four out of the five prints. Two of the trays required a minor sanding to ensure smooth and effortless insertion into their designated slots. Printing at high resolution (0.1) yields the best results for the latch mechanism's operation, delivering a silky-smooth experience. A solid infill is also recommended as it provides an optimal balance between weight reduction and rigidity, while still being less stiff than the original part.
