I design battery packs that utilize four high-capacity li-ion batteries, rated at 18950 units each. My printing process involves creating the pack's casing using a 3D printer, specifically designed to print in PLA material with a layer height of 0.2mm and 100% infill density, optimized with Simplify3d software. For all my projects, I employ four precision springs and a copper sheet for added stability and durability. To assemble the pack, I use a soldering iron to connect the various components together with ease.
