I revamped the box so the lid mechanism no longer requires any supports. This was intended to be printed with a layer height of 0.3mm and a layer width of 0.8mm using my MK3s Bear with Volcano. It should print smoothly with a standard v6 and 0.2 layer height, 0.45mm width. I included the Fusion360 project and it can be easily adjusted to other battery sizes.
