This is my second design. My first one can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3032060 Although my workmanship may not be perfect on this design, it was a rush job and still works extremely well. I've also used the pen for my cap spot welder in the following video: https://youtu.be/WMQxFqgblxA Here's what you'll need to buy: * 3mm Copper Bar (15x250): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pc-3mm-Thickness-Copper-Strip-99-6-Pure-Metal-Sheet-T2-Purple-Cu-Flat-Bar-15/32883674550.html You'll need two of these bars. One will be used as the main bar (cut into two equal parts, each 125mm long) and the other one will be used to make small 15x20mm copper parts. * Various size screws * If you want to prepare the bar with a nut, you'll need an M5 tap or two M5 nuts to attach the small copper bar parts to the main bar. * 2.5mm or 3mm copper rod as the pen tip * For making holes in the tips and other holes, you'll need M2.5, M5, and M6 drill bits * Micro switch: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/10pcs-Limit-Switch-Push-Button-Switch-1A-125V-AC-2A-125V-AC-Mouse-Switch-3Pins-Micro/3241083_32840177333.html * Compression springs (x2, 0.8x8x15mm): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10pcs-stainless-steel-compression-spring-non-corrosive-tension-spring-surface-passivated-extension-springs/32846033340.html There's a 5mm hole along the body from the switch to the back of the design, which will be used for the cable.
