Collection Tube for Battery Recycling: A Unique Sorting Solution. Print Each One In a Different Color. Includes a Bonus A4 Label Sheet Designed for Printing on Sticker Paper. To Assemble: 1. Print the Top and Bottom at 100% Scale. 2. Use the Top to Trace a Circle Onto Foam, Then Cut It Out. 3. Cut a Piece of 2mm Thick Plastic or Plexiglass Measuring 320mm Long and Your Desired Height (280mm Worked Well). 4. Obtain Rivets and a Rivet Gun; Short, Wide Ones Are Best. 5. Drill Four Holes Down Each Side, 10mm In From the Edge, Matching the Thickness of Your Rivets. 6. Rivet the Sides Together to Form a Tube. 7. Secure the Tube in the Base Using Hot Glue and Push the Foam Circle to the Bottom of the Tube (This Prevents Batteries from Damaging the Plastic). 8. Place the Funnel Top on Top - Do Not Glue It, as You Will Need to Remove It Once the Tube Is Full. 9. Label with the Included Sticker and Place It Somewhere in the Office.
