Battery Pack for TS 100 (6S)

I Built a Battery Pack for My TS100 Soldering Iron. It's a 6S battery pack made up of 18650 cells, which should let me solder for at least three hours without taking a break. I used Panasonic NCR18650B cells, which are made in Japan and have high discharge rates. I also got a Lipo Battery Voltage Tester that shows me the cell voltages and tells me if the pack is empty. To save battery life on the tester, I added a small switch so it only gets power when I'm checking the pack's voltage. For charging and discharging, I put an XT60 connector on the pack, which makes it easy to connect my charger. I also added a Molex Micro fit 8Pin connector for the balancer port.
