Battery Jig for single cell re-chargeable battery

I made this jig to hold single cell re-chargeable batteries so they can be spot welded. The SCAD is adjustable for different size batteries & different options. You can use 1 as a jig to hold your cells in place while you do your spot welding or you can print out 2 with a bottom and make a clamshell case to keep the cells in permanently. You can add a space between the cells and generate a spacer. The model shown is a 2P8S 7200mAh battery for a Robomow battery pack. Check back for updates like space for a BMS with a cover and exit holes for wires for permanent use. Battery_diameter=26.5; Battery_height=65; Number_of_cells=8; Number_of_rows=2; Nickel_strip_width=10; Wall_thickness=2.9; Leave_out_bottom_between_cells="yes";//[yes,no] Leave_out_bottom_completely="no";//[yes,no] //Cell separator automatically generated Space_between_cells=2;//Set to 0 if not used
