The cassette holds three 18650 batteries. Its outer diameter is 40mm and its height is 83mm. It could have been printed as a single part, but supports were needed instead. The parts are connected with steel rods measuring 1.8mm in thickness and 25mm in length. Contacts for the batteries can be found on eBay and Ali. The plastic material used is either PLA or PETG.
