You can build a battery holder for CR2 batteries using a simple design that incorporates a wire to create the contacts. This allows for easy connection and disconnection of the battery. To get started, gather your materials: a piece of cardboard or plastic, scissors, a drill, a file, and a CR2 battery. Cut out a rectangular shape from the cardboard or plastic, about 1 inch wide by 2 inches long. Next, use a drill to make two small holes on either side of the rectangle, about 0.5 inches apart. Now, take your wire and bend it into a small hook shape. Place one end of the hook through one hole and the other end through the second hole. Use a file to smooth out any rough edges on the wire. Your battery holder is now complete. Simply insert your CR2 battery into the holder, making sure it is secure. This design allows for easy connection and disconnection of the battery, making it perfect for use in a variety of applications.
