Modification to previous Battery Handle. Added protective covers to terminals to safeguard against accidental shorting. Also included a mounting bracket for secure lamp attachment. Strap sourced from JoAnns', where accessories for tensioning are also available. Anderson connector purchased online at Amazon. Designed specifically for Duracel (DURDCR-35J) 12V 35Ah AGM sealed batteries. Modifications made to enable battery installation in kids' electric cars, extending driving range and facilitating easier transport. Original terminals deemed too flimsy; a sturdy alternative was needed. Handles up to 5 1/8" maximum battery width. Print time: 10.4 hours. ABS filament used: 234.4 grams as reported by software, but actual usage exceeded this estimate by approximately 10%. Caution: Structural integrity has not been thoroughly tested; only rough handling has been applied so far, and the handle feels solid. Recommend additional processing or annealing of the nylon strap to prevent breakage. A dropped battery is a serious concern, as I have personally experienced the consequences with one recently broken strap after over a year's use.
