If your old battery-powered drill is relying on a battery that's no longer available or too pricey, consider upgrading it to an RC-lipo conversion. I won't walk you through every step, but here are the basics: trim most of the handle off and cut it according to the profile in the provided images and STL file. Next, attach the new battery box using super glue. The original design is tailored for a Hitachi DS12DVF (49.5x33.5 handle), but your drill's dimensions may vary - simply scale up or down in Cura to match. I recommend maxing out the fill density and adding supports everywhere. A few tips: if you're unsure about the handle part's dimensions, print a test run of just that section with no supports and rotated 90 degrees; abort the print after a few millimeters to gauge how it fits your drill. Also, be prepared to modify the plug connecting the battery to the drill - this might eat up unnecessary space, particularly if you're using a larger battery.
