Protect your LiPo battery from quadcopter crashes with this rigid casing; designed for batteries up to 25mm x 50mm x 150mm. Attach it to the frame using long strips of velcro, fitting flush over the screws of a Warthox Quadcopter frame. Printed vertically at a layer height of 0.2mm and extrusion width of 280-300%, the case weighs about 100 grams but offers maximum protection. The triangular sides allow attachment of landing legs. Use a higher extrusion multiplier for increased strength, and secure with velcro straps. Padding with foam or bubble wrap can prevent battery rattling; consider using ABS or Nylon for better impact resistance.
