Battery cover for Nokia 7650

A custom cover for the Nokia 7650 smartphone. Printing this design isn't difficult, but you might need to clean up a bit depending on your printer's tolerance. The orientation of the print job may also require supports. I designed and refined this model over several days, aiming not only to win competitions but also to create something that would replace an old cover that had been lost. This challenge pushed me to think creatively. You can print this design in several ways: Printing the clip part up is more challenging because it requires a skirt and supports, and the print may collapse. Printing on the back side of the plate (as shown in the pictures) is very easy but needs more cleaning up afterwards. Upside down printing requires many supports and even more cleaning. For greater accuracy, print at 0.1mm layer height. The bent part is surprisingly strong when printed using the back side method. I aimed to minimize cleanup by printing at 0.2mm layer height, which is suitable for an average person who uses a 3D printer.
