Battery Cover for Nerf Modulus ECS-10

This is a custom-made battery cover and front stock grip designed specifically for the Nerf N-Strike Modulus ECS-10. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer Model: Prusa Clone Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Density: 25% Notes: As you can see from the attached images, I printed this part with the flat side facing downwards using supports to achieve a high level of accuracy. The print was executed on a Prusa i3 printer using Hatchbox Silver PLA filament and a moderate fan speed after layer two. A heated bed temperature of 55C and a hotend temperature of 200C were also employed. Design Process To create this custom part, I carefully measured the original battery cover using digital calipers to obtain precise dimensions. The design was then built in Autodesk Fusion 360 software, requiring three iterations before achieving a flawless result. Once complete, the STL file was exported and sliced using Simplify3D, allowing for optimal print settings and results.
