I figure out that missing the bathroom scale's battery cover is no big deal when you can 3D model a new one to keep the battery from falling out. The 3D printed replacement works pretty well, but I find it a bit tricky to remove once it's in place. Next time around, I'm determined to improve the lock mechanism, making it easier to install and removing without any hassle.
