This replacement cover is specifically designed for a 1965 Sony TFM-110WB AM/SW/FM portable radio, as well as its AM/FM variant. The intricate curves and bevels have been meticulously matched. Included OpenSCAD source code allows for customization. Print in black ABS without built-in cooling or support. Using a portable fan to blow cool air during overhanging tab printing is recommended. Attach the cover using a 3/8" screw, similar to electrical switch plate screws, and add two small pads of 1/8" open-cell foam on the inside for a perfect fit.
