I Designed a Custom Battery Case for My StoneBlueAirlines Jet Fuel FatShark Battery. The Case Is Made from TPU, Which Allows It to Flex Slightly. It Was Modeled After the New Lipos From FatShark So That It Fits Perfectly in the Headband. This Design Could Be Used for Other Li-Ion Batteries as Well, But I Don't Have Any Others to Test at This Time. If You Print a Version for Another Battery Pack and It Works, Let Us Know in the Comments Below. Here Are My Printing Settings: I Printed the Case Using My Wanhao Duplicator i3 3D Printer. The Printing Settings Were as Follows: Rafts Were Not Used During Printing. Supports Were Also Not Needed. A High Resolution of .25 Was Used. Fast Honeycomb Infill at 100% Was Also Utilized.
