For my Canon PowerShot SX40, SX50, G1X, and G15 cameras, I carry a spare NB-10L battery and an SD-card holder in a custom-made battery cap. The cap protects the battery poles when not in use and securely holds one SD-card and one microSD-card (with adapter). It's 3D printed with a 0.40mm nozzle, ABS filament at H=0.25mm/W=0.56mm. The NB-7L battery is used in SX30, G10, G11, and G12 models but I've only tested the NB-10L version. If anyone builds the NB-7L version, feedback on cap grip adjustment would be appreciated.
