Battery and Holder

Remixed with shameless abandon from https://www.youmagine.com/designs/battery-box-for-aa-cells and https://www.youmagine.com/designs/aaa-and-aa-dummy-batteries, with a few tweaks for maximum convenience. To customize the battery holder, simply specify the type and number of batteries you need. I've also created an OpenSCAD module for double-length dummy batteries that may prove extremely useful. The battery_flange module allows you to attach mounting flanges (it takes the same arguments as the battery_box module), while flange() enables you to add parametrized flanges to any object. Depending on your 3D printer's bed adhesion, you might want to print these with a raft or brim for added stability.
