I am redesigning conventional "push pin bats" with the use of 3D printing technology. Three models are being developed, each offering a distinct approach to design. Print settings play a crucial role in determining the overall quality of the printed model. For optimal results, raft settings should be left untouched. The same applies to support settings for successful prints. To achieve precise details, it is recommended to use a resolution of 0.15mm. Solid infill ensures a dense and sturdy print, suitable for withstanding regular usage. Notes on material selection are crucial for a high-quality outcome. The chosen printing machine, Afinia H480, produces reliable results with ABS material.
