This is a high-speed balloon-powered vehicle consisting of a specially designed body frame, paired large sharp wheels that provide optimal traction, paired small sharp wheels for maneuverability, a carefully crafted airflow component, and crucially, the integration of two precisely placed quarter-inch dowels and one sturdy balloon.
